Liebe Diene Leben: Love Your Life!

Love your life. It seems simple enough, right? Well, it's not. The only problem is that sometimes simplicity isn't always well simple. A total oxy moron right? Well don't worry; if you believe that is so then you are only preaching to the crowd. I'm not really for sure who came up with the notion the the simple way is always the best, because in my opinion; it's not. Doing things the simple way takes the thrill out of the journey in the first place. I mean sure, it's probably going to be a little more demanding, and it may just be more time consuming than you'd originally hope for, but in choosing to do so you are not only dedicating yourself to something more, you are achieving more out of life. In the end isn't that what it's all about? Achieving all you can be and fulfilling your hearts desires? You can do it! I know you can. Open your heart to your mind; and your mind to your soul, and just let your wishes and your dreams soar free! Happiness is relative, it's up to you to achieve it. After all we should all learn to love our lives.

Liebe Diene Leben: Love Your Life!

Hello! My name is Sarah and I'm a freshman at my local community college.  It may not sound big to some of you but to me it's huge.  This is a new chapter to my life and a new begining to something amazing.  I chose to name my Blog "Liebe Diene Leben" for many reasons.  I'm sure that some if not most of you have heard of "Carpe Diem" (Seize the Day) or "Viva la Vida" (Live the Life), well my Blog name goes along the same lines.  Liebe diene Leben is a guideline, a moral that I try to stand by and encourage you to too.  For too long I was someone who'd look in the mirror and want to cry.  Someone who just wished they were someone else.  Now, by no means do I have a low self-esteem and I'm not saying that I think myself ugly; but being a teenager in a small town can be tough and only gets harder when you have challenges thrown against you.  You see I like to think of myself as a survivor, someone who over came the odds and is stronger because of it.

What did I survive you ask? Well in a way I survived many things.  A Serious Illness, High-School rumors, Heart-Break, and so much more.  After everthing I've faced I thought I'd crumble in fact I almost did.  It was my amazing friends, family, and God that kept me going and gave me stregth.  I now know I can do anything and I learned to liebe miene leben: love my life.  And I believe that you can too.
